Allen Company Ace Shooting Range Vest
This was my first shooting vest, and a winner at a great price. It has plenty of pockets, has a built in recoil pad in the shoulder, and is overall a comfortable budget vest. There are plenty of better ones out there, but not many are a better value based on price.
Ballistol Multi-Purpose Can Lubricant Cleaner Protectant
By far my favorite firearm cleaner, lubricant, and protectant. I have used this stuff for over 17 years, and my family has used it for many decades before that. All of my firearms get an annual wipe down with Ballistol to keep them protected and looking good. For those of us working indoors without much ventilation, this stuff is great as it's non toxic and skin safe. Majority of my firearms get a regular cleaning after use, so this works perfect. If you are looking for something to take down months or years of carbon build up - you may want to look at CLP which I also use
Bore Cleaner Gun Cleaning Kit
Rather than spending a bunch of money on cleaning kits with rods and brushes, I've always prefered using a boresnake. This kit is budget friendly, gets the job done, and allows you to quickly clean your barrels. Keep in mind, I often run the snake down the bore after each range session. Not only does it keep your firearm clean and protected, but is avoids any build up which could be more difficult to clean down the road.
Tipton Best Gun Vise
As the name says, this gun vise is a real winner and one of the best on the market for the price. I have two of these, and use them freqently for mounting scopes, adding/removing accessories, and overall just holding the firearm or parts in place while working on them. Great vise for the price!
Rifle Gun Cleaning Mat
There are so many options out there for cleaning and maintenance mats, but this is the one that I've used over the years. Nice thick rubber, easy clean up, and big enough to handle the long rifles and shotguns on the bench. I have two of these side by side on the bench, and it covers enough area to protect the firearm with the thick rubber as well as my wood bench from oil, dirt, and other chemicals.
Premium Pin Punch Hammer Set
This is one of those tools that has many options out there. I can't claim that this is the best one, but I can say that this is one of the sets that I use and have had no issues with it. It's budget friendly, has a wide range of punches, and even comes wiith a nice bench block that has a spot in the carrying case.
Shockwave Raptor Nut Installation
If you're looking to change the forend on your 500, 590, or 870 pump action shotgun, this is a great little tool to have around. Many companies make these, and I'm not saying this is the best, but this is the one that I use. I like the metal construction as well as the holes in the cylinder to provide more leverage for those tough forend nuts.
Carlsons Choke Tubes 12 Gauge for Remington
Some of my favorite shotgun professionals have talked highly about Carlson choke tubes over the years, and they have grown on me as well. Now, to be honest, I usually use the factory chokes if I have them; however, I will pick up the extended Carlson choke tubes to replace the flush chokes on my sporting and hunting guns. I've noticed that Carlson choke tubes pattern pretty well on Remingtons specifically - I also like that they come light modified which has been a favorite for sporting clays.
Forend Light (Mossberg 500/590)
I realize there are a lot of options out there for a light on your shotgun - specifically the Mossberg 500/590. However, I use this light on my Shockwave and my 590A1, and have become a fan of the feel and purpose it serves. Not saying it's the best, but I am saying it's a great value at this price and definitley serves it's purpose!
Forend Light (Remington 870)
I realize there are a lot of options out there for a light on your shotgun - specifically the Remington 870. However, I use this light on my Remington Tac 14 and 870 Police, and have become a fan of the feel and purpose it serves. Not saying it's the best, but I am saying it's a great value at this price and definitley serves it's purpose!
